APPOINTMENT

Appointment is a kind of expression which is used to conduct an appointment and for invite someone to do something. And  appointment is  stipulating, agreement, the act of fixing by mutual agreement.

Ø Making an Appointment :

• Will you go out with me tonight ?
• Will you pick me up at ….?
•  I want to make an appointment to see ….
•  Can I come and see you?

Ø Accepting an Appointment :

•      No problem
•      It's deal
•      Sure.
•      Sure, I love it.
•    Good idea.
•      All right, see you there.

Ø Declining an Appointment :

• Sorry, I can't
• I'd love to, but I can't
• I'm sorry, I have another appointment

EXAMPLE OF APPOINTMENT :

Hidenori  : Tadakuni, can we talk for a second?

Tadakuni : Yes, sure. Is there something serious ?

Hidenori  : Yes. In fact I have to cancel our appointment this afternoon. I'm sorry, Tadakuni.

Tadakuni : That's O.K.

The sentences in bold are used to cancel an appoinment.
